Kathleen Reilly Goldhahn of Washington Crossing, died peacefully on Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home surrounded by family. She was seventy three.

Born in Philadelphia, Kathy was the beloved wife of twenty seven years to Edward M. Goldhahn, daughter of the late Alfred and Catherine Playford.

Kathy was a resident of Bucks County for over sixty years. She graduated from Villa Joseph Marie High School in Holland. Her career was largely dedicated to local government. She was the Township Manager of Lower Southampton for many years beginning in the mid-1980s and subsequently was employed by Northampton Township prior to retiring in 2007.

Kathy devoted her time and talents to the local community. She was a member of the Feasterville Businessmen’s Association and was elected their first female president. Kathy was also active organizing Feasterville’s Fourth of July Parade, in the Feasterville Rotary Club and many of her children’s activities including Cub Scouts and Brownies. She looked forward to family time at the beach during the summer and spent winters in Florida. Kathy was a parishioner of Saint George Roman Catholic Church and was proud of her grandchildren’s accomplishments. Her memory will be cherished by her family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband Edward, she is survived by her two children and their spouses Brian Chiolan and his wife Michele, Amy Massaro and her husband Ian. She is also survived by her five loving grandchildren; Daniel and Thomas Chiolan and Nolan, Finley and Macray Massaro. Other dear relatives include her sister Joan, widow of Joseph Knotts and their children Joseph, Thomas and Jeanine as well as their families.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings Tuesday evening July 11, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and on Wednesday morning at the Church of St. Andrew 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown from 11:00am until her Funeral Mass 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.

In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Research 2010 West Chester Pike Suite 410, Havertown, PA 19083.
