Louise C. (Willison) Gilje of Chalfont passed away with her four children and her brother by her side on June 30, 2017 at Doylestown Hospital.  She was 75. 

Born in New York, NY she was the daughter of the late Sidney F. and Evelyn E. Murphy Willison.

Louise was a long time employee of Lansdale Hospital where she worked as a coder in the medical records office. 

A two-time survivor of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she battled cancer and numerous illnesses for over 20 years with courage and determination and the strength of her family by her side. 

Louise is survived by her loving daughters; Betsey Walsh and her husband Jack, Barbara Greenberg and her husband John, Marcia Miller and her husband Brent, and Krista Gilje.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jack, Eric and Paige Walsh, Brittney and Amanda Bender, and Sydney Miller; her brother Kenneth Willison and his wife Jeanne, and her sister Evelyn Toan.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather and greet Louise’s family on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from 10:00 AM until her Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Road), New Britain, PA 18901.  Her interment will be private.
