Barbara J. DeLuca, of Yardley, PA and Naples Fl. died on Saturday May 6, 2017 at her home with her family by her side. She was 74.
Born in Friendship, TN, she was a resident of Chicago before moving to Bucks County 30 years ago.
She was the beloved wife of 26 years to Alfonso “Al” DeLuca and was the daughter of the late J. H. and Maydean Stone Warren.
Barbara and her husband Al have been residents of Bucks County for the past 26 years. She was a communicant of the Church of St. Andrew in Newtown. Barbara and her Husband Al loved to travel and have spent many happy years wintering in Naples FL where they enjoyed playing golf with family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, knitting and entertaining family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who came to know and love her.
In addition to her husband Al , Barbara is survived by his children Vincent G. and Joni DeLuca, James A. and Joancarol DeLuca, Cynthia A. and Anthony R. Geonnotti Jr. , and Joseph A. and Rita DeLuca and the late Gregory P. DeLuca. She is also survived by his 16 grandchildren; Kathryn and Jeremy Benza, Matthew and Jami DeLuca, Kevin DeLuca, Nicholas DeLuca, Christopher DeLuca, James DeLuca, Andrew DeLuca, Gregory DeLuca, Anthony and Kristin Geonnotti, Kristina and Todd Wengert, Justin and Carolyn Geonnotti, Alexander Geonnotti, Arriel and Bill Mecca, Joseph DeLuca, Alyssa DeLuca, Ashlee DeLuca and his 13 great-grandchildren William, Anna and Alexandra Geonnotti, Madison, Todd Jr., Nicholas Wengert, Daniel, Riley and Joseph Benza, Anthony, Patrick, Grace and Francis DeLuca. She is also survived by her 2 sisters, Leah P. Alfieri (Vincent) and Cheryl Dempsey.
Barbara’s Mass of Christian Burial was privately held at the Church of St. Andrew, Newtown with interment following in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
The family would appreciate contributions in her memory be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 399 Market St., Suite 102 Philadelphia, PA 19106.
