Geraldine N. Hampson of Bensalem died Sunday, April 23, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was 78.

Geraldine was the beloved wife of 63 years to David G. Hampson.

Born in Fall River, MA, Geraldine was the beloved daughter of Lucille Dyer and the late Michael Mazur. She spent her childhood years in Warren, RI and raised her family in Bensalem, PA.

Gerrie was a homemaker known for her special touches that made the family house warm and welcoming, especially for the little ones who loved to be around their Nan. She will forever be remembered as Nanny – the only one who could make holidays and birthdays special with her language of love -- an awesome meal, the perfect gift, and the comfort of her hug.

In addition to her beloved husband David, Geraldine is survived by her children, Nancy Bertsch and her husband Joe, Donna Hampson, Sandy Hampson, Michael Hampson and his wife Celine, Debbie Hampson and David Hampson. Geraldine is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, April 27^th from 11:30am until her Funeral Mass 12:30pm in St. Ephrem Church, 5200 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. Geraldine’s interment will be private.
