Lorraine W. Brennan (nee Wills), of New Hope, PA died peacefully on Thursday March 2, 2017, at her home.  She was 73.

She was the beloved wife of 47 years to Thomas S. Brennan. Born in Essington, she was the daughter of late Gordon and Ruth Gallagher Wills and sister-in-law of the late Carl “Tink” DeVuono.

Lorraine was a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1962. She attended Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania.  Lorraine has lived in Bucks County with her family for over 37 years, formerly in Washington Crossing and Newtown before moving to New Hope in 2002. Having lived in Bucks County for all those years made her perfect for her position as Real Estate agent for Lisa James Otto, Country Properties for the past 26 years.

Lorraine was a faithful communicant of St. Martin of Tours parish in New Hope and a member of the Junior League. She touched the lives of so many with her enduring graciousness. Lorraine put her faith and family first. She was genuinely gentle and gave herself to others in need. She gave her time and talents to the poor and less fortunate, volunteering at various charities. She was an avid golfer and tennis player.

Lorraine and her husband had many opportunities to travel and they did, throughout the world and cherished the memories. Lorraine will be remembered for her kindness and caring to her family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband Tom, she is survived by her 2 sons, Matthew G. Brennan and Ryan J. Brennan, her 2 sisters Patti Chin and her husband Gary and Fran DeVuono. She is also survived by her devoted granddaughter Paige Brennan.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Saturday March 18, 2017 from 9:30 am until her Memorial Mass 11:00 am at St. Martin of Tours Church 1 Riverstone Circle, New Hope, PA 18938. Interment will be private.
