Martin P. Carter of Bensalem passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 3, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center.  He was 67.

Martin was the beloved husband of 38 years to Barbara J. Cooke Carter.

Martin will be greatly missed but his memory will be forged in the hearts and minds of everyone who came to know and love him. 

Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Harry and Marion Gallagher Carter and brother to the late Stephen Carter.

In addition to his devoted wife Barbara, Martin is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law Victoria Santilli and Daniel, his brothers Harry and Dennis Carter, his sister Tina Hufnal, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 10:00-11:00am with his Funeral Service at 11:00am, St. Ephrem Catholic Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
