Hilda “Bunny” May Wenger of Langhorne, PA passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014, at St. Mary Medical Center as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident last week. She was born on May 26, 1942 and was 71 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Edward Wenger.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Hilda N. Kalneets Dougherty and mother of the late Cynthia Stewart.

Bunny was a resident of Langhorne for the past 47 years. She was a dedicated volunteer at St. Mary Medical Center for several years. In her leisure time, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting and baking. Her keen sense of humor will be fondly remembered by her family. She will be sadly missed as a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her four children, Eleanor Bremme and her husband, Robert, of Fairless Hills, PA, Barbara Wenger of Spencer, MA, Donald Wenger and his wife, Jackie, and Edward Wenger and his wife, Teresa, both of Holland, PA. She is also survived by her brother, William Dougherty, her four sisters, Bobbie Frattone, Dolly Clark, Geraldine Clark, Patricia Campbell, 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 25, 2014, from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA.

Her interment will be held privately.
