Michael J. Hamm Jr. of Churchville passed on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at the young age of 27.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the beloved son of Michael and Marie T. Martin Hamm of Churchville and was predeceased by his paternal grand parents Thomas and Dottie Hamm.

Michael was a resident of Churchville for 27 years. He attended Calvary Christian Academy in Philadelphia and was a graduate of Council Rock High School South, Class of 2008. In his leisure, he enjoyed skiing, writing, collecting movies, and shooting billiards. He especially enjoyed spending his time with his family and close friends. Michael was truly a joy in life and he took delight in making everyone laugh.

Michael is survived by his parents, Michael and Marie Hamm, his sister and brother-in-law, Kelli and Sean Matteo of Warrington, his maternal grandparents, Paul and Joan Martin of Philadelphia, and many loving members of his extended family.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 9:00 am until his Funeral Service at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 24th at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, 13500 Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
