Michael L. Black, builder, engineer, man of intelligence, passion, logic, and strength died Thursday January 12^th in Newtown PA. Born in McAllen Texas to parents Melvin and the late Mildred Black. He lived his life in southern New Jersey, Philadelphia and Bucks County PA with the love of his life, and wife of 29 years Marcia.

He was a supportive, inspirational, strong father to 5 children, Mike, Laura, Rick, Doug and Adam.

Mike embodied the core components of the American dream. Hard work, fair business dealings, and always pursuing his dreams and those of his loved ones. He had an unmatched zeal for life; running multiple companies, sailing, spending time in the Virgin Islands, and engaging others in spirited and well informed discussions on politics, business, and social issues of the day.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Monday, January 16 from 12:00 noon until the start of his funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr, III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd, at Holland Rd., Richboro, PA 18954. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery also in Richboro.
