Peter G. Noll of Dublin and formerly a long time resident of Richboro, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Abington Hospital-Jefferson Health. He was 67.
Peter was the beloved husband of 44 years to Rebecca C. Noll.
Born in Philadelphia he was a son of the later Peter J. and Edith Bauhof Noll and brother of the late David J. and Susan M. Noll.
Pete graduated from Council Rock High School with the class of 1967 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from Penn State University. He had a 41 year career with the Bucks County Department of Health, retiring from the role of Environmental Protection Specialist in 2012.
Pete was a long time member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Hilltown where he served as an usher and greeter. He enjoyed travelling, taking cruises and especially any time he got to spend on the Island of St. Croix with his beloved wife. He was a dedicated Eagles and Flyers fan and loved cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions football team. He also enjoyed fishing, grilling outside, and could always be found with a funnelcake in his hand at the Dublin Carnival each year.
Most of all he will be remembered by friends and family for his love of life and devotion to his family, most especially his adoring grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Peter is survived by his children, Stephen J. Noll and his wife, Stefanie and Laura S. King and her husband, Andrew; his grandchildren, Sara and Sadie Noll; his sister-in-law, Janet Noll; and his mother-in-law, Frances Chaney; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901 and on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 10:00 AM until his Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 1634 Hilltown Pike, Hilltown, PA 18927. His interment will follow in St. Luke’s Union Cemetery, Dublin.
