Phyllis M. Frattone of Richboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16 2016, surrounded by her loving family. She was 79 years old.
She was the devoted wife of Raymond T. Frattone for 59 years.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Raymond Slemmer, Gladys and George Footit, Sr. and dear sister of the late George and Gail Footit, Jr.
Phyllis graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and was a member of a sorority group that remained close for over 60 years. She was proud of her work as an LPN and loved helping her patients, though her family and pets were her greatest priority. She loved her family trips to the Outer Banks each year, dinner gatherings with friends and family and cooking.
In addition to her husband, Phyllis is survived by her children and their spouses, Lynda Frattone, Raymond and Sheila Frattone, Thomas and Jennifer Frattone and Christine Frattone and Brian Nickett.
Fondly known as “Magna”, she will be greatly missed by her 10 grandchildren Christopher, Jamie, Shauna, Angela, Ray, Frankie, Danielle, Christylynn, Kif and Laina along with her five great grandchildren Cade, Delaney, McKenzie, Lincoln and Zach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis’ family will receive friends on Wednesday, Nov. 23 2016 from 9:00 am until the start of her funeral service, 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia 13500 Philmont Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19116. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery 25 Byberry Road Huntingdon Valley PA. 19006.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phyllis’ memory to an animal rescue of one’s choice.
