Barbara “Bobi” A. Yaeger of Newtown died Thursday May 8, 2014 at her residence. She was 57.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the George A. Yaeger, Sr. of Philadelphia and the late Patricia Barker Wadlinger.

Bobi was raised in Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County. She was a Director of Student Services at Lincoln Technical Institute in Philadelphia and was a former member of the Trilogy Professional Dance Company in Florida. Bobi touched the lives of many people with her smile, outgoing personality and spirit.

Bobi is survived by her daughter Jaclyn McCann of Doylestown and her sisters and brothers, George A. Yaeger, Jr. (Patricia), Michael Yaeger (Susanne), Edward Yaeger (Renee), Patricia Yaeger (Ron Bristow), Frank Yaeger, and Jacqueline Rock (Don Myers). She is also survived by her 14 nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing from 6:00pm until her Funeral Service 7:30pm on Monday May 12th in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Phila., PA 19103.
