Beloved Mom and Mom-Mom, Dolores M. McLaughlin, of Langhorne, died on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Buckingham Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was 80.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Mullen McLaughlin.

Dolores grew up in Philadelphia and was a 1954 graduate of Little Flower High School and remained in Philadelphia until 1972 when she moved to Richboro to raise her family.  Then in 1980 she moved to Arizona and began a career as a food services manager for the local School District.  The district was large, covered mostly low income families and children and her responsibility was to feed close to 1000 children a day.  The children in the area were often hungry and for many it was the only meal they would eat.  Taking care of them and making sure they were properly fed was very personal to her.  It was a vocation not just a job.  Simply, it was extension of who she was and the life she lived.

Dolores returned to Bucks County in 1998 to be closer to her family.  Throughout her life, Dolores was active.  She enjoyed movies, music, drawing and spending time at the ocean.  However, most important to her was spending time with her children and grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her children Joseph Michael Witzer and his wife Jan of Oklahoma, Kathleen Marie Mebs and her husband William of Langhorne, Barry Witzer and his wife Victoria of Pipersville, and Elizabeth Sabatino and her husband Mark of Milford, CT.  She is also survived by her sister Susan McNulty of New Jersey her 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 9:00 am until her funeral Service 10:00am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954.  Her interment will take place in the Union Cemetery, Richboro, PA.
