Jo Ann T. Donofry, of Holland, PA died on Monday, August 1, 2016 at her residence. She was 78.

She was the beloved wife of 54 years to the late Harry J. Donofry, mother of the late Kristen E. Legore, Michael J. Donofry and Stephen L. Donofry.

Born in Philadelphia, Jo Ann was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marion Bird Saring.

Jo Ann was a former resident of Langhorne before moving to Holland in 1998. In her early years, she worked in the data processing department at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia. Jo Ann was a communicant of the Church of St. Andrew in Newtown and in her leisure time, she was an avid reader and also enjoyed completing crossword puzzles. Jo Ann will be truly missed by her family and by all who came to know her.

Jo Ann is survived by her children Kelly A. Olewiler and her husband, Stacy, of York, PA, Tracy A. Smith and her husband, Kevin, of Holland, Gabrielle N. Wojcik and her husband, Paul, of Oaks, Megan P. Idell and her husband, John, of Holland. Jo Ann is survived by her brothers Joseph and Robert Saring and her sister Marion “Patricia” Egan. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; Kaitlin, Alex, Samantha, Mackenzie, Griffin, and Jordan.

Her family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, August 6^th from 9:30am until her Funeral Mass 11:00am, in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd, Newtown, PA 18940. Her interment will be held privately at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown at a later date.
