Kimberly Ann McCartney Gallagher, 50, of Chicago and formerly of Holland, PA died suddenly on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.

Born in Philadelphia, Kimberly was the beloved daughter of Richard G. and Geraldine M. Hackett McCartney and the loving mother of Colin, Kendall, and Morgan. In addition to her parents and her children, Kimberly is survived by her brother, Richard G. McCartney Jr. (Lauri), her sister Karen Goldschmidt (Robert), and numerous nieces and nephews.

After moving to Holland, PA Kimberly attended school in the Council Rock district and graduated in 1984 from Council Rock High School. During her high school years, Kimberly enjoyed competing on the Indians Girls Swim Team. She then attended Penn State University and graduated with a bachelors of science degree in business with a concentration in marketing in 1988.

Upon her graduation, Kimberly was employed with Cardinal Health as a sales representative. In her leisure time, she enjoyed practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. Kimberly will be greatly missed. She will be remembered by everyone who had the pleasure to know and love her.

Kimberly’s family will receive friends on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 11:00 am until her Funeral Mass, 12 Noon in St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966. Interment will be held privately.
