Paul M. Papay, Jr., of Newtown, passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2016. He was 39.

Paul was the loving husband of Elizabeth Galiyano Papay.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the beloved son of Paul M., Sr. and Anne R. McDermott Papay.

Paul graduated from Archbishop Wood High School, class of 1995. He was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and later earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He most recently was employed by Goldman Sachs in New York City as Vice President of Institutional Sales.

Paul was an avid golfer, enjoyed following politics and was a dedicated fan of Philadelphia Sports; especially his alma mater, the Villanova Wildcats basketball team.

In addition to his wife and parents, Paul leaves behind his children, Paul M., III “Tripp”, and twin sons, Finn W. and John A. Papay. He is also survived by his sisters, Jennifer A. Papay and Laura A. Egan; and countless extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and to his Funeral Mass on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd., Newtown, PA 18940. His interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Newtown.
