Marjorie A. Martin of Chalfont died peacefully surrounded by her loving daughters on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. She was 84.

Marjorie was the beloved wife of 46 years to the late Richard Martin.

Born in Somers Point, NJ, Marjorie was the daughter of the late John and Ann Hewitt Oliver.

Marjorie was a resident of Chalfont since 1964. She was a graduate of the Lankenau Medical Center and in her early years was a Nurse Anesthetist at Temple Hospital. Eventually, after moving to Chalfont, Marjorie became a traveling Registrar with the Register of Wills in Doylestown where she had worked for over 25 years. In her leisure, she enjoyed a good game of bridge and was an avid reader. Marjorie also loved spending time with her friends. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who came to know her.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Lori Tulio and her husband Richard of Chalfont, Valerie J. Fuller and her husband David Croll of Bedminster, and Stacy O’ Connor and her husband the late Thomas of Maui, Hawaii. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Ida Oliver of Poughkeepsie, NY, her 5 grandchildren Bradley and his wife Kim, Nicole, Ian, Corinne and Kaitlin, her great grandson Cole, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing from 11:00am until her Funeral Service 12:00PM on Saturday, March 12^th in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901.  Marjorie’s interment will be held at 10:00am on Monday, March 14^th in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
