Beth Ann Brown of Warminster died peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday February 27, 2016 at the Masonic Village in Warminster. She was 78.

Born in Mahanoy City, she was the beloved wife of 54 years to John Mark Brown, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Millard Post.

Beth Ann was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School, class of 1955. Beth and her husband John moved to Warminster in 1966. She has been a faithful member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Southampton for many years even though her health prevented her from attending as often as she would have liked. She was the consummate Mother who loved her children dearly and would do anything they asked. She instilled love for family and friends and to this day her children follow her Golden Rule, “Be Kind”, Beth Ann loved sports especially the Phillies and would support them no matter what. She will be dearly missed by her devoted family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband, Beth Ann is survived by her children; Debra A. Lichon, David A. Brown and Scott C. Brown. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Post and his wife Ann and 3 dear grandchildren; Christopher, Aidan and Alexis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday March 3, 2016, from 10:00 am until her Funeral Service 11:30 am at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 877 Street Rd. (at Knowles Ave.) Southampton.

Interment will be held on Friday at 12 Noon at the German Protestant Cemetery, Morea Rd in Mahanoy City, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory maybe made to American Cancer Society 1626 Locust St. Phila, PA 19103.
