Joan F. Santelli died Friday May 30, 2014 at Ann’s Choice in Warminster, PA. She was 81.

Born in Berwick, PA, she was the daughter of the late Floyd C. Hartman and Martha Hartman Fisher.

Joan was a former resident of Annapolis, Maryland before moving to Ann’s Choice in 2008. She had a distinguished career as the Manager, Office of Executive Secretariat with the Department of Commerce in Washington DC until her retirement in 1988.

In her leisure, Joan enjoyed traveling, reading, journaling, and spending time with family and friends.

Joan is survived by her sister Marilyn (Tony) Villa of Venice, Fla, her half brothers and sister, Donald, John, and Kathy and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Norma Sabrick and niece, Carolyn Rawes.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:30am until her Memorial Service at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 4th in the Chapel of Ann’s Choice, 30000 Ann’s Choice Way, Warminster, Pa 18974. Joan’s interment will be private.
