Virginia Brannan Costello of Holland passed away at her home on Monday, January 5, 2016. She was 73.

Virginia was the beloved wife of 52 years to Robert J. Costello.

Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late James G. and Margaret Smith Brannan, dearest mother of the late Ginneane Costello.

“Ginny” as she was known by family and friends was a graduate of Delhaas High School, class of 1959; she attended Bucks County Community College and Bryn Mawr College. Ginny’s professional career spanned over 30 years in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry. She worked for several of the area’s largest home builders and developers, including DKM, Gigliotti Corp., Westrum Homes and retired from Toll Brothers in 2001.

Ginny was an avid reader, and always had several books she was reading at a time. Traveling with family especially to Sea Isle City to enjoy the beautiful beaches and sitting and doing puzzles. Family always came first and foremost for Ginny; her 3 loving grandchildren Grace, Jack and Eve, who called her “Mammie” always, brought a “Sparkle to Her Eye”. She will be remembered for her gracious smile and warm heart.

In addition to her husband Bob, Ginny is survived by her devoted son and daughter; Robert J. Costello and Noelle B. Finley and her husband Joe, her 3 grandchildren; Grace, Jack and Eve. She is also survived by her sister Jean Corby.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 9:15am to 11:15am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and to her Funeral Mass 12:00Noon in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, PA 18940. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Stroke Assoc. 7272 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX. 75231.
