Le Roy E. Staszak of Honey Brook, PA died on Thursday, June 5th at Tel Hai Retirement Community where he resided. He was 93.

He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine B. Traum Staszak with whom he shared 65 years of marriage.

Born in Weston, WI, Le Roy was the son of the late John and Elizabeth Litzer Staszak.

Le Roy served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a Signal Man 1st Class in the South Atlantic and later as an instructor at the Bainbridge, MD Naval Base where he advanced to the level of Chief. A Star Lake, Wisconsin Native, Le Roy made his home in Pennsylvania after his marriage to Catherine. Prior to Tel Hai Community, Le Roy and Catherine lived in Southampton, PA since 1958. They were active parishioners of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. He was a Lifetime Member of VFW Post 6493 in Warminster, PA. He was a retired meat cutter in the supermarket business.

Le Roy is survived by his three sons, Roy J. Staszak Sr. and his wife, Carolyn, of Coatesville, PA, Ronald P. Staszak and his wife, Kathleen, of New Hope, PA, and John P. Staszak and his wife, Kathryn, of New Britain, PA. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Roy Jr. (Darlene), Gregory (Lisa), Kelly Dengler (Scott), Kimberly Steskal (Jason), Christopher, seven great grandchildren, Scott, Chad, Victoria, Zachary, Catherine, Tyler, and Samantha, and one great-great granddaughter Eva.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, June 9th, from 10:00 AM until his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Ave. (at 2nd Street Pike) Southampton, PA, 18966.

Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
