Russell T. Braun of Furlong, a unique and wonderful person of 28 years ended his life after a long battle with depression on Friday, October 2, 2015.

Russell was the loving son of Jim and Beth Chapman Braun and best friend and brother to Kelly Braun.

Russell had Asperger’s Syndrome and it was the defining aspect of his life. He had a loving heart, a brilliant mind, a dry sense of humor and a troubled soul.

Russell attended Central Bucks West and graduated from Widener University with a degree in Informational Technology.

In addition to his parents and sister, Russell is survived by his grandparents, Patricia Chapman of Doylestown and Vic and Marilyn Braun of Arizona, He is also survived by his aunts and uncles; Dave, Becky and Colin Chapman, Barb and Jerry Thoreson, Rich, Holly, Matt and Zach Chapman, Carol, Rich, Alex and Brad DeRamon, Ken, Robin, Taylor and McKenzie Braun and Vickey, Michael and Miles Kennedy.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday October 24, from 10:00am until Russell’s Life Celebration at 11:00am, in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18940.
