Patricia “Trisha” Ann Higgins Flynn of Ambler died peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2015, at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia surrounded by her loving family. She was 62.

Trisha was the beloved wife of 41 years to Gregory Flynn.

Born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Lois C. Carew Higgins of South Orange, New Jersey.

Trisha was an avid baseball fan and tennis player. She was a supporter of women’s soccer and a committed volleyball player. Trisha worked at LTK Engineering Services for 15 years as both the Facilities Manager for the firm and the Property Manager for the building. She was a communicant of Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church in North Wales.

In addition to her husband Gregory, Trisha is survived by her two daughters, Laura Colleen Flynn of Los Angeles, CA and Erin Kathleen Flynn of San Diego, CA, her brothers and sisters; Matthew Higgins and his wife Jackie of Middletown, NJ, Richard Higgins and his wife Bonnie of Morris Plains, NJ, James Higgins and his wife Jill of Skillman, NJ, Ginny Morey and her husband Jim of Edgewater, Florida, Roberta Kraus of New York, NY, Kathleen Moss and her husband Richard of Iselin, New Jersey, and Colleen Zelina and her husband Mark of Holmdel, NJ. She is also survived by her beloved dog Frankie and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings, Friday, September 11th from 6:00-8:30pm and Saturday, September 12th from 8:30-9:30am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30am in Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454. Trisha’s interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Celiac Disease Foundation, 20350 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 240, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 would be appreciated.
