Jack M. McAfee, of Willow Grove, died unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2015. He was 8 months old.
Jack was born at Holy Redeemer Hospital on December 3, 2014, to his loving parents Michael T. and Julia Perkins McAfee and big sister Elizabeth Grace "Libby” McAfee.
Though only on this earth for 8 short months, Jack had a tremendous impact on his family and anyone that saw him. His contagious smile would brighten everyone’s day. Family, friends and even strangers would comment what a loving and beautiful baby he was. Jack adored his sister, Libby and shared a very special bond with her. He truly was God’s gift to us.
In addition to his parents and sister, Jack is survived by his maternal grandparents; Donald and Denise Perkins, his paternal grandparents; Michael and Betsy McAfee, his maternal great grandparents; Dale and Mary Jane Perkins and his paternal great grandfather Edward Sheehan. He was predeceased by his paternal great grandparents Elizabeth Sheehan, Charles McAfee and Lillian McAfee, as well as his maternal great grandparents George and Elizabeth Staub. He is also survived by a very large extended family and close family friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass 10:00am on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at St. David Church, 316 Easton Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090. His interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
