Margaret M. “Peggy” Graham, of Chalfont, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Doylestown Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 78.

Born on October 9, 1936, Peggy was the daughter of the late Margaret and James Mulholland.

Peggy was a retired teacher of the Philadelphia School District, having taught for over 36 years.

Peggy is survived by her loving daughter, Margaret E. “Meg” Graham, her dear sister Kathleen Nickels (John), her niece and nephew Kathleen Percetti (Tom), Jack Nickels (Leng), she is also survived by her great nieces and nephews; Nicole, Tommy, Mason, Tyler and Emily.

Margaret’s family will receive condolences on Friday June 26, 2015 from 9:00am until her Funeral Mass 10:00am at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church 100 Broad St. Hilltown, PA. 18927. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Neonatal Division, 34th and Civic Center Blvd. Phila, PA 19104.
