Christine R. Fonash Kosinski of Langhorne passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Thursday, June 19th, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She was 63.
She was the beloved wife of 39 years to Edward L. Kosinski, Jr.
Born in Philadelphia, Christine was the daughter of the late James A. and Rose Marie Rufo Fonash.
Mrs. Kosinski was a Registered Nurse and a Certified Case Manager who started her career with Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and Eastern State School and Hospital in Bensalem. She has spent the last 19 years as a case manager at LRC Rehabilitation Consultants, working with catastrophic injury and traumatic brain injury patients. In her leisure, Chris has enjoyed gardening, the many family pets, and the touring and admiring of homes. Just this past fall, Chris enjoyed a trip with her husband Ed to Newport, RI where they toured some of the most magnificent Mansions that adorn the area. Above everything that the world had to offer, the true love and enjoyment in her life was the family that she and Ed shared with the world.
In addition to her husband Ed; Chris is survived by her two loving sons: Kyle Kosinski of Arlington, VA and Josh Kosinski of Carlsbad, CA She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law; James R. Fonash and Donna L., her nephews Jared Fonash and Lucas Kosinski, and her niece Jaime Fonash Voels.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings on Wednesday evening, June 25th, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.), Richboro, PA 18954 and on Thursday, June 26th, at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Ave., Feasterville, PA 19053 from 9:30 AM until her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
