Marie A. Geiger Rauchut, of Ivyland, died on Saturday, June 21st just 2 months before the birth of her first great grandchild. She was 87.

She was the beloved wife of 57 years to the late Robert F. Rauchut.

Born in Philadelphia, Marie was the daughter of the late William F. and Marie Schaefer Geiger and the mother of the late Theresa A. Peterson.

Marie was a resident of Ivyland for 54 years. She was a graduate of Little Flower High School for Girls, class of 1945, and attended St. Joseph’s University. Marie was an active communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Parish, Richboro and was a long time volunteer at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. Always active, Marie enjoyed bowling and bridge and had a talent for crocheting. She will be sadly missed by her loving and devoted family and friends.

Marie is survived by her devoted children, Marianne Moll and her husband John and James Rauchut and his wife Diane Rauchut, and her 4 dear grandchildren, John Robert Moll and his wife Stephanie, Christina Moll Harold and her husband Josh, and Nicole Rauchut and Jessica Rauchut.

Marie’s family will receive condolences on Wednesday June 25, from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954.

Interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
