Carol A. Finlan of Richboro, PA passed away with her loving family by her side, on Sunday June 22, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. She was 66.

She was the wife of 46 years to Louis C. Finlan.

Born in Muir, PA, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Mary Ney Unger.

Carol graduated from Abington High School with the class of 1965. She spent her career as an administrative assistant, employed for 13 years with Holy Redeemer Hospital and most recently for Upper Makefield Township, retiring just four months ago.

Carol enjoyed making jewelry and sharing the pieces she made with her family and friends. She loved entertaining and was an avid dog lover. Most of all Carol took the most pride in her job as a wife, mother, and grandmother, one that she enjoyed above all else. She will be dearly missed.

In addition to her husband Carol is survived by her daughter, Kelly Finlan-Dansbury and her husband, Matt, of Langhorne; her beloved grandson Grant Dansbury; and her brother, Robert Unger and his wife, Norma, of East Berlin, PA.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family from 9 AM until her funeral service 11 AM on Wednesday June 25, 2014 at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. The interment will be private.
