Walter E. Wosewick of Richboro, PA died peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2015, at Brookdale at Northampton, Richboro. He was 91.
He was the beloved husband of the late Joan H. Reddington Wosewick.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Adolph F. and Kunegunda Sikora Wosiewicz and father of the late Robert Wosewick who recently passed away in March 2015.
Mr. Wosewick was a resident of Richboro for the past 5 years. He formerly lived in Washington Crossing for 30 years. Walter graduated from LaSalle University with his bachelor degree, Class of 1950. He was employed as a production engineer at Philco, Burroughs, and Universal for many years before his retirement in 1994. He was a past Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus with the Mother Katherine Drexel Council. A man of many talents, he would try to fix anything around his home if at all possible. In his leisure time, he enjoyed golfing and swimming.
He is survived by his son, Gerald F. Wosewick and his wife, Penny, of Doylestown, his daughter, Nancy D. Taylor and her husband, Darrell, of Mullica Hill, NJ, and his daughter-in-law, Kay Wosewick of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by his seven loving grandchildren, Matthew (Ashley), Paul (Megan), Megan, Gerald Jr., Aleigh, Zak, and Tizzy and his great granddaughter, Matilda.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 9:00 AM until his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
