John D’Angelo of Richboro died Sunday, March 8, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 79.
John was the beloved husband of 48 years to Antoinette “Toni” D. Cicalese D’Angelo.
Born in Pennadomo, Italy, he was the son of the late Lorenzo and Angelica D’Francesco D’Angelo.
John was a former resident of Churchville and Philadelphia before recently moving to Richboro. He retired in 1998 as an Operation Manager in the Furniture Import Industry. In his leisure, he enjoyed cooking and quality times spent with his family, especially attending his grandchildren’s sporting events. John will be deeply missed by his family and by all who came to know him.
In addition to his beloved wife Antoinette, John is survived by his children; John D’Angelo, Jr. and his wife Jen of Newtown, Maria Doyle and her husband Joe of Richboro and Christopher D’Angelo and his wife Katie of Philadelphia. He is also survived by his 10 cherished grandchildren, Joey, Eric, Dalton, Alex, Lucas, Gabriella, Jake, Lauren, Emma and Gareth.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings, Wednesday, March 11th from 7:00-9:00pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and on Thursday, March 12th from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass at 11:30am in St. Vincent DePaul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery in Philadelphia.
