Erica Katelyn Popp of La Plata, MD, formerly of Langhorne, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 22, 2015. She was a 28 year old beautiful young woman with a promising future.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Tom Popp and Katie Striegel Popp, and the sister of Kevin Popp.

Erica graduated from La Plata High School in 2004 and Radford University in 2009 with a degree in Business Management. She worked as a junior contract analyst.

She was an avid animal lover and had a special way with them, especially our family dog, Cody. She also had numerous guinea pigs and hamsters growing up.

She also loved Disney World and took many trips there with her family. Her favorite characters were Mickey, Minnie, and Eeyore.

In addition to her beloved parents and brother, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Charlie and Kay Striegel; paternal grandparents, Bill and Marie Popp and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday March 2, from 10:00 am until her Funeral Service 11:00 am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd (at Holland Rd.) Richboro. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Warminster. PA
