Angelo Cantella of Philadelphia died Wednesday February 18, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 95.

Angelo was the beloved husband of the late Suzanne Cantella.

Born in Greensburg, PA, Angelo was the son of the late Frank and Catherine Cantella.

Angelo was a former resident of Greensburg, PA and Holland, PA before moving to Delaware Valley Veterans Home in Philadelphia. He was a talented restauranteur who owned and operated Midges Coffee Shop in Greensburg. Angelo was a very personable gentleman who endeared himself to all by his charming personality. He was a proud veteran of the US Navy who served our country during World War II. In his early years, he enjoyed dancing and playing golf. Angelo will be deeply missed by his loving family and by all who came to know him.

Angelo is survived by his daughter Judith Ann Riley and her husband, John, of Holland, PA and his brother, Joseph Cantella, of Florida. In addition, he is survived by 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday, February 24^th from 9:00am until his Funeral Service 10:00am at the New Life Christian Church, 4 Freedom Drive, Newtown, PA 18940 which will be officiated by the Rev. Dr. Norman J. Leve, Jr. Interment with military honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
