Betty H. Tabscott of Brigantine, NJ, long-time resident of Washington Crossing, PA and Garden Grove, CA, passed on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Atlantic Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. She was 92.

     Betty was the beloved wife of the late Jackson C. Tabscott.

     Born in Buckhannon, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles G. and Ruth Woodruff Hoffman, and sister of the late Harry Hoffman.

     Betty was the mother of the late Jackson C. Tabscott, II and is survived by her two daughters and their spouses; Andrea Lee and John Gula of Yorba Linda, CA and Maryellen and Bernard O’Connor of Brigantine, NJ. She is also survived by her 7 grandsons, and 10 great grandchildren.

     Betty enjoyed music, playing games like golf, bridge and especially “chase the ace.” She loved traveling to visit her friends and beloved family. Betty will be remembered for her friendly personality and the ability to make friends with anyone she met.

     Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday, November 21, 2014 from 10:00am until her Funeral Service 11:00am in Thompson Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1680 Aquetong Road, New Hope, PA 18938. Interment will follow in the Thompson Memorial Cemetery.
