Dorothy C. Eliason Hubmaster, of Doylestown, died on Sunday, November 7, 2010, at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown. She was 95.

            She was the beloved wife of 48 years to late Joseph C. Hubmaster. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Francis B. and Elizabeth O'Neill Eliason and mother of the late Joseph F. Hubmaster and Dorothy E. Clark.

Dorothy was a graduate of Hallahan High School for Girls in Philadelphia, class of 1933. She was a resident of Bucks County since 1958, having lived in Bensalem, Richboro and for the past 15 years she has been a resident of Doylestown and was a faithful communicant of St. Bede the Venerable Parish no matter where she lived. 

Dorothy was the former owner of Northeast Bowl- A-Rama for many years. She was an avid reader and exceptional crafter and often played a game of chance, she not only enjoyed watching sports but in her youth she played baseball. Family was first and foremost to Dorothy and all her children and grandchildren, great grand and great great grandchildren brought a sparkle to her eyes.  

She is survived by her devoted children and their spouses; Francis X. Hubmaster and his wife Elaine,  James J. Hubmaster and his wife Janette E., and also a daughter-in-law, Sandra Hubmaster, one  brother Frank Eliason, 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

            Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday November 13, 2010 from 9:00am until 10:15am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, and to her Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Church 1071 Holland Rd. Holland PA, 18966    Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery Bensalem, PA.
