Carl G. Senica, Jr. of Warrington, PA died peacefully on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at his residence. He was 77.
He was the beloved husband of the late Judith Dominico Senica.
Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Carlo and Lena Liparulo Senica.
Carl was a Proud Veteran of the United States Army , serving as a Specialist 1st Class during the Korean War. He was employed with Prudential Insurance Company as Director of Purchasing for over 33 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and an active member of the Lions Club. Carl served as the Director of Bucks County Transportation for many years. He also proudly served as New Britain Township Supervisor and also as a Councilman for New Britain Borough and was a member of the New Britain Civic Association. He was honored to be a member of the American Legion, Post # 693. Carl will be sorely missed as a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and friend.
Carl is survived by his 2 loving children Maria Outten Loecker of Warrington, and Michael G. Senica of Doylestown, and his 3 grandchildren Justin R., Ashley N., and Cory A. Outten, and his former wife Geraldine Ellis of Doylestown.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday evening November 22, 2010, from 6:00 to 8:00pm from the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (Rt.202 & Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, and to his Funeral Mass Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 1795 Columbia Ave. (at County Line and Easton Rds.) Warrington, PA 18976. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory maybe made to St. Joseph’s Church at the above address.
