James Patrick Berridge of Quakertown died suddenly Monday, December 6, 2010 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown. He was 38.
Born in Abington, he was the son of Dan Torre of Fawn Lake PA and Anne Marie Berridge of Southampton and was predeceased by his grandparents and his uncle.
Jimi was a graduate of William Tennent High School and the Middle Bucks Vo-Tech School in 1990. Throughout his short life, Jim worked as an electrician, metal fabricator and with sales at The Pet Shack in Hatfield, PA. Jimi had many interests which included reptiles, rare fish, remote control cars, comics and video games. He will be deeply missed by his family and by all who came to know him.
In addition to his parents, Jimi is survived by his son Dominick, his companion Victoria Py of Quakertown, his sister Megan Granieri of Abington, his brother C. Ryan Berridge and his wife Bianca of Levittown and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday, December 13, from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Rd., Richboro, PA 18954. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Dominick Berridge Trust Fund, c/o 1625 N. West End Blvd. Apt # 4 Quakertown, PA 18951.
