Mary Ann Cannon of Jamison died peacefully on Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown. She was 74.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the beloved wife of the late James J. Cannon.
Mrs. Cannon was a resident of Jamison for the past five years. She formerly lived in Holland for 36 years. Being family oriented, she always enjoyed the special times spent with her children and granddaughter. She liked to garden and travel. She will be deeply missed as a loving mother and a devoted grandmother.
She is survived by her four children; Mary Ellen Cannon of Jamison, Jane M. Cannon of Waxhaw, NC, Joanne Cannon and her fiance’, John Schwarz, of Quakertown and James F. Cannon of Morrisville. Also survived by her granddaughter, Caitlin Cannon.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, January 17, from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Private interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
