Mildred R. Thomas passed Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in Pittsburgh. She was 88.

Mildred was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late Robert G. Thomas, Sr.

Born in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Edith Manley Dornblazer.

Mildred was a former resident of Levittown for over 50 years before moving to Pittsburgh in 2008. She was a computer analyst with Educational Testing Service in Princeton for 32 years. She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Levittown and Fairless Hills. She enjoyed traveling to Cape May at the Jersey Seashore with her late Husband Robert. Mildred will be deeply missed by her family and by all who knew her.

Mildred is survived by her children, Joan V. Burns and her husband Dennis of Simpsonville, SC, Gail B. Hagerty of Pittsburgh, Robert G. Thomas, Jr. and his wife Sandra of Richboro and William D. Thomas and his wife Ellen of Doylestown. Also survived by her sisters, Marion Owens of Scranton and Jean Senn of Texas, her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings, Monday, March 21, 2011 6-8pm and on Tuesday from 10:00am until her Funeral Service 11:00am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow at Newtown Cemetery, Newtown.
