Marie L. Dolge, of Doylestown, died peacefully on Monday, March 28, 2011, at Greenleaf Nursing Home, Doylestown. She was 75.

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Catherine Gallagher Dompert, and sister of the late Florence Valvo and William Dompert.

Marie was a graduate of Frankford High School, class of 1953. She was a woman of many talents; she enjoyed painting with water colors, watching classic movies and was a wiz at board games. Her family was first and foremost in her life and she especially enjoyed following the pursuits of her grandchildren.

Marie was a long-time resident of Warrington before moving to Doylestown in 2007.

She is survived by her devoted children; Michael F. Dolge and his wife Sharon, Jaime Thomas and her husband Daniel and David S. Dolge her one sister Elmira Pasquini, and her 6 grandchildren: Michelle Dolge Hartman, Ryan Thomas, Alexandra Dolge, Chelsea Dolge, Erik Thomas and Bailey Dolge.

Marie’s family will receive condolences on Friday April 1, 2011 from 9:30 AM until her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 235 E. State St. Doylestown. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
