Harry J. Timte Jr. of Southampton died peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2011, at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, PA.
He was the beloved husband of Linda J. Wilcock Timte for 27 years.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Harry J. Sr. and Laura Mitchell Timte.
He was a resident of Southampton for the past 27 years. Harry graduated from Frankford High School in Philadelphia, Class of 1965, and then attended Temple University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam War. For over 35 years, he was employed by Sears, Roebuck and Co. where he started as an electronics technician and eventually became the manager of the Service Center located in Huntingdon Valley. In his leisure time, Harry enjoyed fishing and boating. Being family oriented, he always enjoyed the special times spent with his wife and daughters. He will be sadly missed as a loving husband, father, and brother.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Lindsay J. Timte and Kelsey J. Timte, both of Southampton and his sister, Elaine Timte of Philadelphia.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, May 7, 2011, from 9:00 AM until his Funeral Service 10:30 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Road), Richboro, PA 18954. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA.
