Kathleen M. Rotz, of Doylestown, died on Sunday, August 10, 2014, at Doylestown Hospital. She was 51.

She was the beloved wife of 29 years to Christopher Rotz.

Born in Meadowbrook, PA she is the daughter of Kathleen Cronin Sheeder of Warminster and the late Earl Sheeder and daughter in law of Mary P. Rotz of Philadelphia and the late John Rotz.

Kathleen grew up in Buckingham, and was a 1980 graduate of Central bucks East, High School and Harcum Junior College in Bryn Mawr, where she received her degree in fashion merchandising and retail. After graduating she worked with Prudential, however, it was not her passion which was to be at home with her children.

She was a very active and supportive mother to her children. She was involved in all aspects of their lives which include serving on the Nativity Home and School Board, President of Villa Joseph Marie Parents Guild as well as President of Archbishop Wood High School Ice Hockey Club. The love and devotion she gave to her family and friends will always be treasured.

In addition to her husband and mother, Kathleen is survived by her loving children Megan, Kaitlan, and Christopher Jr. Rotz all of Doylestown, her sister Kristina Campbell, her brother Earl Sheeder, her sisters in law Geraldine Schmidt and her husband Christopher and Laura Hogan and her husband Michael. She is also survived by her precious niece Kassidy Campbell and nephews Ryan and Trent Campbell.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, and Thursday, August 14, 2014 from 9:00 - 10:00 am with her Funeral Mass 10:30 am all held at Nativity of our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Rd., Warminster, PA 18974. Her interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name should be made to the Abramson Cancer Center, c/o Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, 51 North 39th Street, Medical Arts Building, Suite 103A, Philadelphia, PA 19104, Attention Candice Cooper.
