William J. Guiteras, III of Norristown died Friday August 15, 2014. He was 61.

Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of the late William J. and Claire Guiteras and brother to Claire Marie (Guiteras) Casey of Holland and Gregory Guiteras of Newtown.

William was originally from Lansdowne, PA before moving to Aldan, PA and later Holland, PA. He was a graduate of Council Rock High School Class of 1970. William spent most of his career working for Conrail. He enjoyed concerts, trips to the Jersey shore, motorcycles and cars. He will be deeply missed by his family.

In addition to his brother and sister, Bill is survived by his three nieces, Coleen Newmiller (Steve), Sherry Anne Casey and Danielle Guiteras and his two nephews, Gregory and Christopher Guiteras. He is also survived by two great-nephews, Nicholas and Christopher Newmiller.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, 10:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd. Holland, PA 18966.

Interment will follow at Saint John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
