Michael Wladyka of Holland died Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 84.

Michael was the beloved husband of 61 years to Dorothy M. Thomas Wladyka.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John and Bessie Makar Wladyka.

Michael was a resident of Holland since 1966. He was an accomplished Tool and Die Maker with IMCO Company in Moorestown, NJ and A and A Machine in Southampton for many years. Michael was a Communicant of St. Bede the Venerable Church in Holland and was a proud veteran of the US Navy serving during World War II. He was a member of the Northampton Council Rock Seniors Center and enjoyed playing pool and participating in their dart league at the Northampton Center. Michael also was a Philadelphia Phillies fan and in his leisure time enjoyed dancing, fishing and golfing. He will be deeply missed by his family and by all who came to know him.

In addition to his beloved wife Dorothy, Michael is survived by his children, Dorothy A. Gallagher and her husband Francis of Feasterville, Geri W. Price of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Michael G. Wladyka and his wife Carol of Willow Grove, Deborah D. Lafferty and her husband Jack (Spanky) of Bensalem and Cheryl L. Bernhard and her husband Markus of Holland. Also survived by his sisters and brother, Katherine Slobdzian of North Wales, Judy Fergusen of Kintnersville and Raymond Wladyka of Warminster, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday, July 11, 2011from 8:30am until his Funeral Mass 10:00am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Capital Campaign of St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd., Holland, PA 18966.
