Elizabeth M. McCloy Castor, of Barefoot Bay, FL, formerly of Richboro died on Monday, August 15, 2011, at the home of her daughter with her devoted family at her side. She was 90.

She was the beloved wife of 61 years to William H. Castor. Born in Moon Run PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Pavlik McCloy.
Betty was a resident of Richboro for over 27 years before moving to Barefoot Bay, FL., in 1984. She was a graduate of Hazelton High School, class of 1938. Betty proudly served her country during World War II as a W.A.V.E. in the United States Navy.

A woman of many talents, Betty enjoyed bowling, was an avid bingo player and was known to be a veracious Pinochle player. After raising her children and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were the sparkle in her eye, she worked for the United States Post Office in Richboro.

In addition to her beloved husband she is also survived by her children and their spouses; Bill Castor and his wife Karen, Bob Castor and his wife Mary, Betsy Keppeler and her husband Mark, Helen Visconti and her husband Rocky, Katie Burger and her husband Tom, she is also survived by her 15 dear grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday, August 19, from 8:45am until her Funeral Mass 9:45am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Rd., Richboro.

Interment with Military Honors will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
