Anna R. Green of Holland died, suddenly, Saturday, December 3, 2011 at her residence. She was 88.
Anna was the beloved wife of the late Leonard W. Green, Sr.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Martha Dudek Ambroch and sister of the late Blanche Cwik, Benjamin Ambroch and Loretta Ratcliffe.
Anna was a resident of Holland for over 40 years having formerly residing in Philadelphia. She was a former communicant of Christ the King Church in Philadelphia and was currently a communicant of St. Bede the Venerable Church in Holland. Anna volunteered her time at Father Judge High School in Philadelphia for many years and often visited The Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who came to know her.
Anna is survived by her beloved son, Leonard W. Green, Jr. of Holland and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday, Dec. 6 from 9:00 to 10:00am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro and to her Funeral Mass 10:30am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd. Holland.
Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
If so desired, contributions in her memory may be made to the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.
