Margaret J. Tierney Jensen, “Peggy” of Levittown, died on Monday, December 5, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of 31years to Neil C. Jensen. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Francis P. and Margaret Mary McKee Tierney, mother of the late Marylou Flick, sister of the late F. Patrick Tierney, Rosemary Hutchinson and sister-in-law of the late Joe Durkin.

Margaret was a resident of Levittown for the past 31 years. She was a graduate of St. Hubert’s High School for Girls in Philadelphia and for many years before her retirement Peggy was a senior secretary at Temple University. A woman of many talents, motherhood was her specialty; her family was first and foremost. Peggy loved music and dancing, knitting and needle point and cherished all of her pets.

In addition to her beloved husband, she is also survived by her children and their spouses; Paul Flick and his wife Cindy of Virginia Beach, VA, Stephen Flick of Ocean City ,NJ, Peggyann Flick of Golden, CO, Leo Flick and his wife Karen of Chalfont, Eleanor Lyons and her husband Jim of Newtown, her sister Eleanore Durkin and 8 dear grandchildren; Danielle, Brian, Brianna, Katy, Leah, Leo, Nicholas and Marlaina. Peggy is also survived by her sister-in-law Ruth Marie Tierney and a brother-in-law Tim Hutchinson.
