Dorothy Karcewski, of Warminster, PA died on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. She was 79.
She was the beloved wife of 27 years to the late Joseph Karcewski.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Fetcko Emerick.
Dorothy was a longtime resident of Warminster, and faithful communicant of St. Joseph’s Church. She was an avid sports fan, and devoted mother and grandmother who treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Joanne Tiley and her husband Robert of Chalfont, and her son Joseph Karcewski and his wife Filippa of Montgomeryville, PA, and her brother Paul Emerick of Philadelphia. She is also survived by her grandchildren Victoria, Olivia and Rebecca Tiley and Juliana, Ella and Luke Karcewski.
A private Funeral Mass was held at St. Joseph Church in Warrington with her interment at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
Her family requests that contributions in her memory be made to St. Joseph Church, 1795 Columbia Avenue, Warrington PA 18976.
