Charles H. Marks, of Wrightstown died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his residence on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. He was 78 years old.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Margaret Steigelman Marks.

Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Harry and Elizabeth Betzel Marks and brother of the late Madaline Jacobs and Elizabeth DiMaio.

Mr. Marks was a U.S. Army veteran, who served our country during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed spending summers and creating many cherished memories with his family in Ocean City, NJ. Charles will be sorely missed by everyone who has come to know and love him, most especially his family and lifelong friends.

In addition to his beloved wife, Charles is survived by his four children and their spouses; Deborah Robison and Richard of Richboro, Charles H. Marks, Jr. and Rosanne of Wrightstown, Nancy Patterson and Mark of Richboro, and Patricia Rosica and Nick of Dublin. He is also survived by 12 loving grandchildren; Richard and his fiancée Melissa, Brittany, Charles III, Sarah, Mark, Colin, Brendan, Chase, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Grace and Sophia and many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday morning, Jan. 23, 2012, from 9:00AM until his Funeral Mass 11:00AM at the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery Langhorne, PA.
