Paul R. Wojciechowski, of New Hope, passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Doylestown Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 62.
He was the beloved husband of 27 years to Marilyn Gardner Wojciechowski.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Edward and Barbara Haas Wojciechowski and stepson of the late William Hevener.
Paul was a resident of New Hope for the past 27 years. He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, class of 1968, Bristol. Paul also attended Drexel University in Philadelphia.
By profession, Paul was a Land Surveyor, who, at the time of his licensure, was the youngest person to achieve this goal. In 1976, he co-founded All County Inc., a Land Planning and Surveying firm. The business was located in Washington Crossing, PA for the past 36 years.
Paul was a communicant of the Church of St. Andrew in Newtown. He looked forward to being at home and working outside especially in his garden and enjoying nature. He will be sadly missed by his devoted and supportive wife and family.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his son, Paul M. Wojciechowski, his daughter-in-law Donna, his granddaughter Ashley Marie, his brother Edward, husband of Lorraine Wojciechowski, his two sisters, Jessica Riley Wynn and Barbara Decker, sisters-in-law, Patricia, wife of Lawrence Keohane and Joan, wife of Michael Klein, along with seven nieces and twelve nephews.
Paul’s family will receive condolences, on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass 11:00am at the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Rd. Newtown, PA 18940. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103 or Doylestown Hospital Memorial Fund, 595 W. State St., Doylestown, PA 18901.
