Mary L. Rynkewitz, of Chalfont, PA died on Saturday, April 7, 2012. She was 81.
She was the beloved wife of the late Stephen J. Rynkewitz.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Stefanie Baczar Slysz.
Mary grew up in the Fairmont Section and attended Kensington High School. After leaving high school, Mary began a career with Curtis Publishing in Philadelphia and soon after married her sweetheart, Stephen.
She continued to work with Curtis Publishing after marrying; and remained with them even after they relocated to Pennsauken, NJ. Mary lived in Philadelphia most of her life before moving to Warrington in 2005 to be with her son and daughter in law.
She is survived by children Stephen J. Rynkewitz Jr. and his wife Darlene of Lewistown, PA, and Michael A. Rynkewitz and his wife Teresa of Chalfont, and her one granddaughter Stefanie and husband Joseph LaPolla of Ashburn, VA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass 12:00 PM at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave. Chalfont, PA 18914.
Her interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Rd.-Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
